Blogs You Should Check Out!

  Back to blog Savanna Cordle

I always like to branch out and see what good content I have been missing out on, so I figured I would share some bloggers and blogs I think you should be checking out. So grab your coffee (or tea) and get ready for some good reading! And when you are done reading you could always listen to some podcasts 🙂

Life Blogs

Nicole the Nomad. This is one of my favorite bloggers to follow. She also does vlogs on youtube which are super fun to watch. I started following Nicole about a year ago on Insta and just really enjoy watching her stories, vlogs and blogs! She travels a lot so that might be why she is one of my favorites. Such a great place to get travel ideas from!

My Big Yellow Couch. I learned about this blog because it is actually someone I work with at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake. Her blog is fun because she just had an adorable little boy (not biased at all lol) and posts about him. Mallory just keeps it real and honest about things and I like it.

Blogs in scrabble pieces

365 Days of Summer. I am not really sure when or how I even found Summer’s blog (probably Insta) but she has a ton of travel, beauty, and fashion ideas. I like to see her blogs for fashion ideas or beauty hacks, because this girl can use all the help I can get.

Joanna Gaines + Magnolia. Maybe I am a weirdo, but I have always loved house renovation shows like Fixer Upper. So reading their blog is always fun for ideas of my dream house or DIY projects and more!

Marketing Blogs

The Moz Blog. This blog has literally soooo much information, to the point where it can be overwhelming to know where to start. But if you do have specific information you want to read about, then you can search by category which is super convenient.

Content Marketing Institute. These guys have great stuff for how to come up with content and explaining how that reflects your brand. It is so important to come up with a marketing strategy and their posts help create a strategy by identifying key elements.

PR Daily News. This site is great because it has information on Social Media, PR, Marketing, and just so much more. They focus on trends going on in all areas and what tools you can use to exploit trends.

What are some of your favorite bloggers? Anyone you think I should start reading??
