Coloff Digital is seeking a skilled Digital Media Specialist who will be responsible for planning, reviewing, monitoring, optimizing, providing strategic recommendations, and reporting for all digital media campaigns. The candidate will build relationships with vendors, set up tracking on all campaigns, monitor campaigns from start to finish, analyze and optimize campaigns, report campaign statistics, and manage client budgets.


  • Discuss projects with clients and team to strategize, plan, and activate digital campaigns
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into paid media strategies and campaign plans
  • Analyze media research data to determine the most appropriate selections in helping a client achieve its goals and objectives
  • Work with accounts, creative, communications, and interactive team to implement successful media campaigns
  • Help with monitoring buying strategies, available vendors and technology, in-house ad campaigns and optimizations for live media campaigns
  • Write client campaign plans and proposals
  • Work with third parties to coordinate traditional and digital campaigns
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date campaign schedules in company project management software
  • Implement digital campaign tracking (Pixels and UTMs)
  • Report and share campaign metrics with team and clients
  • Analyze, recommend, and perform consistent campaign optimizations
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Build relationships with media sales representatives and clients
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing and media trends
  • High proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad platforms
  • Regular communication to team on project development & timelines
  • Keen eye and attention to detail
  • Ability to take feedback and critique with professionalism and humility
  • Ability to complete work using multiple tools and methods
