Graphic Designer
Location: Forest City, IA or Remote (if remote, must work during regular business hours)

Coloff Digital is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency. This position will require a high level of design talent, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. This person will need to be self-motivated, highly organized and able to maintain a positive attitude. Coloff Digital is a very fast-paced work environment that focuses on creating an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely under the direction of the Design Lead to conceive and produce designs for both print, web and motion-graphic (GIF) projects
- Produce assets such as logos, style guides, typography, color palettes, image libraries, landing pages, websites, postcards, flyers, print ads, posters, banners, infographics, brochures, social
- media assets, magazines, newsletters, annual reports, proposals, company apparel, motion graphics, technical illustrations, conceptual art, etc.
- Work with design principles such as layout, typography, print, color, and be able to translate client brands into effective marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to create concepts for various marketing campaigns
- Build strong working relationships with various clients
- Coordinate a number of projects simultaneously and ensure projects are of the highest quality and completed on time
Expectations
- Extremely high proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Regular communication to Design Lead and team on project development & timelines
- Keen eye for design and attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback and critique with professionalism and humility
- Strong design expertise and ability to create work using multiple tools and methods
- Great insight on latest graphic design industry trends and developments
- Willingness and ability to receive tasks and/or change direction quickly
