Thankful For.. & Thanksgiving Meal
Thanksgiving is so close I can almost taste it. No, literally, I dreamed about ham and pineapple last night… Anyways I figured I would share with you guys what Coloff is thankful for this year so you can get to know us better! Oh and share my ultimate Thanksgiving meal.
Thankful for…
Ryan, our awesome Web Developer, is thankful for the flexibility of his job since it allows him to spend more time with his family around the holidays (whom he is also thankful for).
Liz is our project manager and the woman keeping us on track 24/7! She said she is incredibly thankful for her husband who is truly her best friend and the love of her life.
Makenzie is our graphic designer so she makes all the sick graphics for our clients! One thing that she is thankful for is her close-knit family. She has family in Texas that she is really close with but usually only get together with around Thanksgiving and Christmas, which stinks but makes the time really special. They are always busy hanging out watching movies, playing games, doing escape rooms, and other holiday festivities. Oh, and of course eating good food (which she am also very thankful for haha).
I am thankful for having a family who supports me in everything I do! I’m also grateful for the opportunities I have had in the past year like interning with Coloff Digital and really being able to see what my future holds.
What are you thankful for this year?
My Ultimate Thanksgiving Meal
First off I’m more of a ham and pineapple girl than turkey so let’s start with that. Next I would need some mashed potatoes and corn (have to be mixed together once on my plate, the rest of my family I guess doesn’t like that combo…weirdos..) I LOVE pickles. Maybe more than the normal person, like my family knows to just put the plate of pickles by my chair. I have Norwegian heritage so we always have to have lefse. If you don’t know what that is, I feel bad for you. (Here is a link on how to make it) Then you have to make sure you have deviled eggs and cheesy cauliflower.
As far as dessert I most definitely have to have pecan pie and strawberry rhubarb pie. I really am not a big pumpkin flavored person so I can pass on the pumpkin pie. Oh and I almost forgot! Scotcheroos! Okay you got me, I might eat more dessert than real food, but it’s totally acceptable, right?
What is the must-have thing at your Thanksgiving?
