COMMUNITY SAVINGS BANK: eStatements Campaign

Community Bank headquartered in Edgewood, Iowa serving Eastern Iowa and Cedar Rapids, Iowa Markets.

Objective

To reduce CSB’s paper statements by encouraging current CSB customers to enroll in eStatements.

Strategy

To develop and deploy a 60 day comprehensive campaign using a variety of methods. The first 30 days will consist of internal marketing with incentives, email marketing to current customers, $100 contest drawing for enrollees and Statement stuffers. The last 30 days will consist of Facebook/Instagram advertising.

Landing Page

This landing page was the central hub of information where all traffic from digital and print ads was directed. This site was utilized by CSB customers to enroll in eStatements with step-by-step directions and benefits. 

Print Materials

Informational flyers and buck slips were created and distributed to all current CSB customers. This effort included a $100 prize giveaway as an incentive for enrolling into eStatements within a certain time frame. 

Digital Ads

A carousel ad was created and ran on Facebook in all CSB markets to draw awareness to CSB eStatements. This also featured the $100 prize giveaway as an incentive to enroll.
