Community bank with a priority of serving its customers first since 1864 with 6 Iowa locations within Wright County and the Cedar Valley.

Objective

To gain new customers by creating connections between the "you" in Serving You First and the specific personal identities within First Bank's target market.

To connect specific personal identities of existing customers with relevant products and services to add to their current commitment with First Bank.

Strategy

To develop and deploy a 12 month comprehensive video marketing campaign that defined and clarified the meaning of the First Bank tagline by associating it with First Bank's commitment to meeting each unique individual's financial needs.
